License Document
This License Document (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Pointeger (“Licensor”) for the use of Licensor’s Magento extensions (“Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Grant of License. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for the purpose of integrating it into Licensee’s one Magento instance and using it for its intended purpose.
Restrictions. Licensee may not sell, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party. Licensee may not reverse engineer, or decompile the Software.
Intellectual Property Rights. The Software is the property of Licensor and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination. This Agreement shall terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is located.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Licensee and Licensor.
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not download, install, or use the Software.
